General Practice Preventative Maintenance

    Our Preventative Maintenance contracts offer value for money and peace of mind.  Each contract consists of Preventative Maintenance Workshops and access to our Telephone Support Desk.  Preventative Maintenance is an area often overlooked by System Administrators, even though it will significantly reduce the risk of viral infection, system performance problems and data security issues.

Our extensive experience in GP clinical software ensures we will be able to configure your systems for maximum performance and reliability.

    The Workshop consists of a day visit, scheduled for a convenient time with the practice.  During this visit our engineer will ensure that all anti virus software is functioning correctly, up to date and updating as it should.  System configurations will be checked and updated if needed and server backups will the checked for completeness.  Any changes we feel should be made will be discussed in full before any work is carried out.  A full report of our findings, recommendations and any work carried out will be left with the practice at the end of the visit.
    We offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts in 3 forms:
Platinum 1 Visit each month and a full years access to our Telephone Help Desk
Gold 1 Visit each quarter and a full years access to our Telephone Help Desk
Silver 1 Visit and 3 months access to our Telephone Help Desk
