Customer CommentsSupport from Eunetics has been in a different league to that from our system supplier. With Eunetics, there is no waiting in a queue and, in most cases, the person who answers your call is able to fix the problem there and then. Problems that cannot be fixed over the phone are timetabled there and then for a site visit, by an engineer known to the practice, who knows the practice system. The amount of time saved by not having to chase up unanswered support calls is enormous. I am very happy to endorse Eunetics.

I have used Kevin's services for a system audit day and also 3 months help desk support. I also was desperate due to our suppliers lack of support, but having seen the latest support costs likewise feel they are unacceptable. Kevin and Matt have helped us a lot. Kevin seems to have resolved issues we had with our branch surgery link which our supplier claimed couldn't be done. We had been suffering poor links for nearly a year. Also Matt is very helpful, doesn't treat non-techy people as if they are morons, and was able to sort out a search problem we had in 5 minutes. I am still waiting for our supplier to get back to me weeks on from reporting it. I am currently looking at how much we can switch from our supplier to elsewhere. It is pertinent that the new Siemens PCs come with a 3 year guarantee, but our supplier still charge the full support cost for them.

Using Eunetics for the last 3 months, at
the moment in parallel to our current workstation & network support, but plan not to renew
our current support when it runs out. The ability to phone for help and immediately speak to someone who knows what they are talking about, and can usually fix the problem there and then reduced stress levels considerably. The comfort in having confidence in your support is considerable. Unless we end up having lots of site visits it is likely to be cheaper
anyway.

Eunetics- brilliant! had some major problems a while back, they sorted it all out long before our supplier got back to us, I am currently trying to persuade the partners to take up full support from Eunetics. |
